Experimetal tests 1 (2019)
▀ 52 VLA batteries (STT2V150 from SBS LLC) were used
▀ Batteries have different current capacity
▀ 8 electrolyte levels, per battery, were applied
▀ 5 discharge pulse tests, at 5 different discharge rates: 0.1 C,
0.2 C, 0.3 C, 0.4 C and 0.5 C, were carried out per level
▀ 5 model parameters were estimated per test and battery
▀ 10,400 model parameter estimations were developed
▀ Values of model parameters are listed in tables (see PDF in
Section DATA)
▀ Battery temperature was almost constant at 23 °C

Experimetal tests 2
(2024)
▀ 1 VRLA battery (PS-260 from Power-Sonic) was used
▀ 1 Li-ion battery (NCR18650PF from Panasonic) was used
▀ 1 NiMH battery (NH15-2300 (HR6) from Energizer) was used
▀ Batteries have different current capacity
▀ Different current profiles (and voltage response) of full
pulsed discharge tests were performed in each battery
(these current profiles were used to obtain battery
model parameters, data not included)
▀ A current profile and the voltage response of a Li-ion
battery bank was obtained from a driving profile. Data
were obtained using the simulation of an electric vehicle
in Mathworks (MATLAB software). It can be accessed from
the MATLAB command window with the instruction:
"autoblkEvStart", where the FTP75 driving profile
is employed.
▀ Battery temperature was almost constant at 25 °C in
all cases
▀ Data includes: time (in seconds), battery voltage (or
battery bank voltage, in Volts), and battery current (or
battery bank current, In Ampere).
